Overview
Our Sculpt classes are carefully formatted to strengthen your core, stabilize your joints, and promote balance and alignment.
Our instructors will curate a seamless flow of exercises, utilizing a variety of equipment types, including ankle weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and lightweight dumbbells. These low impact, low-medium intensity classes are proven to reduce the risk of injury and provide the perfect cross-training for high-intensity cardio like spin.
