Group fitness has always been my escape and my safe space. The time we spend together, lights down, music up, and energy at an all-time high, are what refuel me with clarity and purpose, and I hope to provide that for you too. I can promise that my classes will be challenging, but there is nothing that a good beat drop, some nuggets of inspiration, and team motivation can’t get us through. I hope that every single person who leaves my classes is walking taller and prouder than when they walked in.

My classes are inclusive, challenging, and deeply empowering, built to meet you exactly where you are and show you how strong you truly are. This is more than a workout; it’s a space to push limits, clear your head, and move with intention. My goal is simple: that the effort you put in during class follows you out the door, inspiring the strongest, most confident version of yourself for the rest of your day.

I have been teaching in the fitness industry for over 40 years, with a BS in Exercise Science and multiple certifications in the field. The message I try to convey to all that enter class is to “honor the body you brought today.” Listen to your body with self love and compassion, not comparison. My wish for all that share our space in class is that everyone walk away feeling grateful for the effort they personally made in moving their bodies in a positive, healthy direction.

At heart, I’m a teacher. Spin brings together some of the most invested, dedicated people I’ve ever met, and I’m energized by watching people grow stronger, work through challenges, and celebrate their wins. My classes are fun, empowering, and strength-based, fueled by my love of dancing. Expect unapologetic 2000s hip-hop remixes, old-school “cleaning music,” and riders will certainly find me saddled up right alongside them. I coach by meeting people where they are, pushing individual limits, and creating a room where everyone is welcome. It’s taken me years to learn that my truest self is my best self, and my goal is to help riders leave class feeling stronger, prouder, and one step closer to their own authenticity.

Spin has been a passion of mine for over nine years, and I am incredibly honored to share that passion with others. My classes are athletic, challenging but motivating, and always a party on the bike. Outside of the studio, I’m an emergency trauma/critical care nurse, which fuels my deep commitment to helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience, both physically and mentally. Get ready to push past your limits, tap into your power, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Fitness for the past 5 years has became a huge passion of mine— especially getting to watch people grow stronger and feel that same confidence I fell in love with. As a former competitive dancer, the mind-to-muscle connection is everything to me. Add good music, high energy, and a little team motivation, and you’ve got my happy place. My goal is simple: challenge you, hype you up, and have you leaving class feeling stronger, taller, and proud of what your body can do!
