I am new! What should I expect?

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are properly checked in and set up to get the most out of your session.

How do I get set up for class?

Feeling comfortable and prepared is so important! A member of our staff will help set you up on your bike or mat before class begins. Our instructors will make sure you feel ready and will address any concerns you have before they get started.

Do you have showers?

Yes! We have 3 shower rooms in the studio fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We have shower mats available to you in each room, and shower towels are available upon request.

What should I bring?

Feel free to bring your own Mat or Spin Shoes for class. They are available for rent for $3 each if you don’t have them (Unlimited Members and New Clients get free rentals!).

Also, don’t forget your water bottle!

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing athletic clothes, form fitting pants/shorts, and socks. Make sure you are comfortable and ready to move!

Our Sculpt room is a no-shoe zone! Please come prepared to workout in socks (grippy or regular) or barefoot.

Our Spin bikes require clip-in spin shoes, with either SPD or Delta clips. Spin shoes are available to rent for $3 (our New Clients and Unlimited Members get free shoe rentals).

Booking a Session

How do I book into a class?

When do classes become available to book?

Classes become available 7 days in advance for Clients booking with Class Packages or Limited Memberships.
Classes become available 14 days in advance for Unlimited Members.

What is your Waitlist Policy?

Clients can join the waitlist up to 5 minutes before class begins.

If a spot opens up at least 2 hours before class starts, Waitlisted Clients will be automatically added to the class in the order they were added to the Waitlist. Admitted members will be notified via email or text message.

If a spot opens up within 2 hours of class start, Waitlisted Clients will be notified of the available spot via text message and will be able to book the class on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you are running late to class and you don’t notify the studio, your spot may be given up to another Client on the Waitlist.

It is the responsibility of the Client to monitor their Waitlist status and remove themselves from the Waitlist if they can no longer attend class. Once a Client is enrolled into the class, the standard Late Arrival, Late Cancel, and No Show penalties apply.

What if I am running late?

If you are running late to class, please call the studio so we can get your bike/mat set up for you.

Anyone who shows up more than 5 minutes after class starts will not be admitted into class for safety reasons.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations can be made in the app at least 8 hours before class starts without penalty.

Late cancellations will result in a fee of $15 for Clients with Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships, and loss of credit for Clients with Limited Memberships.

Anyone who doesn’t show up for class will be charged a fee of $20.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel a membership for any reason, please email the studio at least 15 days prior to your next billing date.

If you don’t want to cancel just yet, you can freeze any membership for up to 2 months in a 12 month period.

Please note, if you purchased a membership at a discounted rate and you choose to cancel for any reason, you may not be eligible to re-purchase that membership at that same discounted rate.

Do you offer refunds?

We have a no refund policy for Credits and Memberships, so please make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchasing decision! The class package expiration details and membership commitment details are visible upon check-out so please be sure to read them!
